Hmm.. I have actually tried it - it gets incredibly hard to do past the fourth or fifth week because you feel like you're doing the same ol boring thing over and over and over. Its got some good workouts in it, though, that I like to use as indoor workouts when its raining or if I need an ab blast. I wonder if I can burn ya a copy..
that would be awesome! Maybe this is what I do for my 3 weeks when John is traveling
