Komen Race for the Cure 11/13/11 - preview

Bigger update coming later this week.  Early results: distance 3.20, time 23:09, avg 7:14/mile.  Not a PR, but I held myself back a little to avoid complete depletion - I had just run a 15 miler the day before and have another full week ahead.
