I have read/heard that it takes a month for an adult to break or set a new habit. I think that is about right. It has now been 40 days since I have had any soda - caffeinated, diet or otherwise. At this point I don't feel like I miss it all that much. I have substituted with iced tea and lemonade for an afternoon sugar buzz and am drinking more coffee. As of right now, I am going to try to stay off the diet soda since I am doing so well.

Awesome.. I think I'd have a hell of a time giving up coffee..
Do you think its too late to try and give up stuff for lent? Lol.
